Nicole Reimer ist seit 2016 Geschäftsführerin der IBM Deutschland, verantwortlich für das Ressort Finanzen. Darüber hinaus leitet sie als Vice President Finance den gesamten Finanzbereich in der Region Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz (DACH). Zuvor führte sie die Geschäftssparte 'Mobility Services' für Europa.

Nach ihrem Studium an der Berufsakademie Baden-Württemberg begann Nicole Reimer ihre Karriere bei IBM im Rechnungswesen, in welchem sie verschiedene länderübergreifende Aufgaben und Projekte sowohl als Mitarbeiter als auch als Führungskraft verantwortete. Neben ihren weitreichenden Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Compliance und Audit, die sie sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf internationaler Ebene sammelte, konzentrierte sie sich auf den Bereich Finanzen und leitete als CFO und COO einige Tochterunternehmen von IBM. In dieser Zeit verantwortete sie den Aufbau eines Start-up Unternehmens und die Abwicklung eines Divestiture Projektes. In den letzten Jahren trieb sie die Transformation der Bereiche Global Technology Services und Global Business Services als COO voran.

Nicole Reimer hat einen Abschluss als Diplom-Betriebswirtin und ist seit 1989 bei IBM beschäftigt.

Since 2016, Nicole Reimer is a Member of the Management Board of IBM Germany, responsible for the Finance resort. In addition, as Vice President Finance, she is responsible for the Finance organization of IBM in the DACH region, comprising Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Previously, she was running 'Mobility Services' as business unit leader for Europe.

Following her studies at the vocational academy of Baden-Württemberg, Nicole Reimer started her career in IBM in Accounting in which she was responsible for several cross-country tasks and projects, both as professional as well as people manager. Besides her extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Business Compliance and Audit which she was applying at national as well as international level, she concentrated on financial matters and lead as CFO and COO some subsidiaries of IBM in Germany. In those roles, she had been setting up a new company from scratch as well as running a divestiture project. In the recent years, she was driving the business transformation in our Global Technology and Global Business Services units as COO.

Nicole Reimer holds a degree in Business Administration and is working for IBM since 1989.
